This is exactly how China was able to catch up to America technologically thanks to indians

Trump can’t stop the Visas , but USCIS can certainly take a serious look at if the search for local candidates are being done in good faith.
The actual H1B to Perm process application is less than 3000.

All in all it feels more like a move about the election .
However, it can cause Indians students to think that is it really worth it to take large student loans to fund US education.
