New restrictions on US military personnel from now on:

1. Next two days banned from stepping foot outside any US military base in Japan as collective punishment.

2. From now on every US military person must report back to base gate guards by midnight from here on out. If you don't report back to base by midnight, you face reprimand/ court marshal via military tribunal, including removal from your Japan posting.

oh thats some mean punishment alright.....imagine you only have until midnight to be out and about, a curfew!
