The operational plan everyone...
I don't know where that's from, but it was in a TV series that someone said
"This is Operational, it means that's a plan."

The operational plan everyone...
Hopefully there no allusions to this
We go to Iran and take out their nuclear material faster than the Iranian which were already there.......That's probably the only time a Defensive Perimeter in Iran would make sense.......
More importantly, what guarantee do we have these folks are keeping it one site?Which part of "We are going to them, not they are coming to us" do you not understand?
They didn't just randomly bury 800kg of nuclear material in the sand or in a cave that you can just dig it up and access it, it's in some sort of tunnel, room, or vault that was going to be guarded by tens of thousands of IRGC troops.
Setting up DP for what? So you look at the IRGC in their camp where the HEU were looking back at you?
Maybe he think all of our troops have a pause and "Load from last checkpoint" button in case shit hits the fan. While in reality a LOT of money and resources are being expended to keep US casualties down to a minimum because Hegshit is already losing agency and trying to keep loyalists up while weeding out all that call his own Crusader call of duty bullshit out.
It's a tactical disaster whichever way you slice it.Maybe he think all of our troops have a pause and "Load from last checkpoint" button in case shit hits the fan. Well, I don't know if this will work, but I am pretty sure no one has ever tried that before. Maybe just pulling up a chair and waiting for Iran to dig up their nuclear material and come to you in your defensive perimeter will work this time? We don't know.......More importantly, what guarantee do we have these folks are keeping it one site?
Are our troops supposed to just parachute into an IRGC stronghold, set up lawn chairs on top of a mountain, and wait for the Iranians to dig their way up? A perimeter there does not stop enrichment.
Once your troops are actually on the ground staring at tens of thousands of IRGC forces, they need constant protection. That requires continuous suppression of ground fire, which means the military has to fly endless close air support missions over the site every single hour of every single day, indefinitely, just to keep your perimeter from being overrun. You are talking about building an isolated island of American troops surrounded by an ocean of hostile forces, requiring a massive, never ending logistical airlift into a hot zone.
It just puts US soldiers in a massive shooting gallery staring directly at the IRGC but no sir, we're playing call of duty right here in someone's head and the president apparently is playing Fortnite.
Just to keep things in perspective, while Iran has damaged an F-35, which will likely will be scrapped, and downed an F-15, a Blackhawk has been downed, an F-16 supposedly hit as well. And, let's not forget about the mounting losses of drones. A KC-135 lost. Others damaged. An E-3 destroyed. Personnel injured. Killed.
Let's not focus on the shiny side of the coin.
It's from Hot Shots (1991). You have never seen it before ? It's like "Airplane" but a parody of Top Gun, Rambo and Predator. You gotta see it, they don't make em like this anymore.I don't know where that's from, but it was in a TV series that someone said

That's some sort of shit I would like to smoke.....This is "Baghdad Bob guide to war"
Trump Weighs Military Operation to Extract Iran’s Uranium
Any move to seize the uranium by force would be complex and dangerous, former U.S. military officers and experts said, ranking among the most challenging operations ordered by Trump. The potential operation, which would likely trigger retaliation from Iran, could also lengthen the war well beyond the 4-6 week time frame that Trump’s team has publicly outlined.
Teams of U.S. forces would need to fly to the sites, likely under fire from Iranian surface-to-air missiles and drones. Once on site, combat troops would need to secure perimeters so that engineers with excavating equipment could search through debris and check for mines and booby traps.
The extraction of the material would likely need to be conducted by an elite special operations team specially trained to remove radioactive material from a conflict zone. The highly enriched uranium is likely contained in 40 to 50 special cylinders that resemble scuba tanks. They would need to be put into transportation casks to protect against accidents. That could fill several trucks, said Richard Nephew, a senior research scholar at Columbia University and a former nuclear negotiator with Iran.
Unless an airfield was available, a makeshift one would need to be set up to bring equipment in and take the nuclear material out. The entire operation would take days or even a week to complete, experts said.
US forces would fly in to to secure the Isfahan site. There are not “thousands” of IRGC at the site itself. This is mostly open terrain under heavy US surveillance.
The USAF will seriously pound the area where they are doing CSAR. In fact, I am pretty sure (90% sure) the system that took down the F-15 is gone; they don't fly solo, and once you turn on that Radar and engage, and you take down that F-15, his/her wingman is going to gun you down. The fact that Helicopters and C130s could roam around Iran for hours, and not get shot down, is not a good look for Iran. ( It is quite surprising infact ).
Whether the loss of an F15E discourages the US plans, or the fact that Helicopters and C130s could roam freely for hours encourages the US and what that means for the next decision point as yet is unknown.
Yeah, why not just have an Iranian bring it down to you or call an Uber for it while you are at it?Trump Weighs Military Operation to Extract Iran’s Uranium
