No, it is not. Today I went to the Sun and Fun airshow with some of my old squadron mates. Saw the F-22 Demo Team and the Thunderbirds. I do not think there is any jet that is more suited for the Thunderbirds than the F-16. Talked 'shop' with several civilian airplane owners. The Cirrus G3 was beautiful and I wish was wealthy enough to own one. Your loss.
