A rare bipartisan rebuke unfolded in Washington as the Republican-led House voted to curb President Donald Trump’s authority to continue the war against Iran, signaling growing unease over the escalating conflict.

In a 215-208 vote, four Republicans broke ranks and joined Democrats in backing the war powers resolution, delivering a significant political setback to the White House.

The move highlights mounting concerns within Trump’s own party, as lawmakers push for greater congressional oversight of military action amid the three-month-long war.

That it can be... but it also gives orange get out the jail free card... an off ramp to walk away blaming congress. If he does take it... he'll walk away with murder and US presence in Mideast.

This along with NDAA, if it does pass, will mean that US footprint will be reduced to zion proper and vacate the rest of Mideast. Which is why it is being pushed as a law instead of EO... meaning the next congress must have the requisite numbers to overturn any future commitment with zion. These are last ditch efforts by retreating zionists seeking to entrench themselves by lawfare.

Condi Rice want to come back to government and has been re-appearing in the press for this purpose. So far Trump is not biting. Of course she is wrong in her views and it's amazing her shamelessness and that of the Trumpers, who are responsible for multiple un-necessary wars that completely de-stabilized the MidEast but point the finger at others.

WSJ, FoxNews etc are the right wing American press and their audience is disappointed in the failure of the Iran war, hence engaging in copium.
