All these headlines make it sound like this could be the start of a shift in the U.S-Israel alliance. Could it be true?
Domestic U.S polls have not shown favor to the war with Iran and with no real "point" in the war itself - it was obviously a losing battle from the start (especially with steep repercussions for energy prices). Midterms are also coming up and as the results, domestically, have started to lean more left, surely this deal was signed in an attempt to sway a blue wave this November.
Personally, I don't think this has any significant impact on their relationship. Time and time again has Israel shown it's deep reliance on the United States, and with the Iran War showing flaws within the Israeli-U.S defenses (especially air), Israel would be stupid to abandon the U.S and continue this war on their own (as they claim to want). The U.S has no reason to abandon Israel, either (no matter how unpopular Israel is).
I also don't think it significantly affects the results this November (with what I predict to be a net win for the Democrats). Hypothetically, however, if what the headlines are implying are true and the Trump team does start to sway away from Israel, either through foreign aid suspension to Israel, or Palestinian recognition, or just something that shows an anti-AIPAC/anti-zionistic ideal - I'd say that it could result in a net Republican win.
The Tucker Carlson/Candance Owens/young Republican crowd want a reason to stay with Trump, and although they're still weary and not fully supportive of him as of this moment, any sign of the above (of a shift away from Israel) could lead this demographic to revert back to the pro-Trump side and be beneficial to the Republicans this November.

Whether you are democratic or Republican it will be "suicidal " to abandon Israel.
Trump is trying to tell the Israelis and the Europeans that "l am the Boss" which is fine in a reality TV show but in the "Real world " it ain't working.

Trump envoy Steve Witkoff told lawmakers that Iran will invite the U.N.’s nuclear watchdog agency to inspect its nuclear sites and begin work on identifying and uncovering the locations of Tehran’s enriched material, which is believed to be buried under rubble.
The private briefing was described by two people familiar with the conversation who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity to share the closed-door details.
Witkoff told congressional leadership and members of national security-related committees that the agreement that the U.S. struck with Iran did not include any side deals, but a side letter was drafted between Tehran and the International Atomic Energy Agency extending the invitation.
Witkoff disclosed the existence of the letter and invitation in the briefing, according to the people.
Witkoff said the letter to IAEA Director-General Rafael Mariano Grossi would enable him to bring U.S. nuclear inspectors to Tehran.

The IAEA will be returning on invitation of the Government of Iran, and it will be composed of its normal compliment of nuclear professionals. This was the case before Trump pulled out of the JCPOA !!! There is no "new" achievement on that front..

Not really. Iran military assets were heavily damaged, and Hezbollah teeth severly cut.
The main futur point is to definitively halte the iran nuc program. It will be interesting... I don't see the mollahs ready to give up on this field.

I just read Now is a good time to remind everyone. American's realizing they spent $75 billion fighting Iran, then another $300 billion rebuilding Iran. Just to reopen the strait of hormuz that was already open before the war started.

Trump will not be able to coerce Netanyahu to withdraw from southern Lebanon. But Netanyahu’s actions may cause more daylight between him (Israel) and Trump (the US), which can have serious impacts on their security relationship in the near future.

That figure is the weapons + logistics costs, it does not as yet include the repair bill for all its bases. I expect it to get a lot larger.
