US Perspective on the Iran - Israel / US War

Iranians are out of their minds. It seems as if they think the whole world should revolve around Iran.

For example, when oil prices fail to rise, Iranians blame China. They are completely irrational.

China has abundant oil reserves, so why shouldn’t China reduce imports when oil prices are so high?

Without China importing Iranian oil, Iran would have starved long ago. China is Iran’s only importer of Iranian oil.

As for China, Iran is merely one dispensable source among many, one that could easily be replaced by the United States, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and others.
It is China that is keeping Iran alive.

Türkiye

  • No foreign base exists on Turkish soil.
  • Every facility (Incirlik, Kürecik radar, etc.) is Turkish sovereign territory.
  • Foreign forces are there only under Turkish permission, via joint-use agreements.
  • Türkiye can restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time.
  • Turkish officers command the base; US/NATO personnel operate under Turkish oversight.
In short: They are not US bases. They are Turkish bases with US/NATO presence.

Saudi Arabia & Gulf States

  • Many facilities are built, operated, and controlled by the US.
  • Host nations often grant exclusive-use rights to the US military.
  • Command structure is US-led, not joint.
  • Local sovereignty is limited inside those compounds.
In short: They are actual US bases, not joint bases.
Most of those bases are there to service the US weapons sold to the GCC (I'm talking mainly about Saudi Arabia)

The U.S. State Department announced today the addition of the Persian Gulf Maritime Insurance Company and the Hormuz Naval Services Agency—two Iranian entities backed by the Revolutionary Guard—to the sanctions list, on charges of managing "insurance" schemes for extorting transiting ships through the Strait of Hormuz. These entities fabricate risks, including threats to seize ships, then impose fees on vessels to cover the very risks created by the regime itself.

#Pakistan believes that a U.S. ground attack on Iranian shores is imminent, according to the #Iran International website. Security sources in Islamabad say that its intelligence now classifies a limited U.S. ground attack as a real and growing threat, aimed at controlling parts of Iran's southern coast. This classification is based on actual movements of forces that it is currently monitoring, not mere speculation.

A significant increase in US military aviation activity is currently being observed across the skies across the Middle East, fueling expectations of possible large-scale operations against Iran.

Among the aircraft being tracked are dozens of US air refueling tanks, which are expected to play a critical role in supporting combat aircraft and strategic bombers during any extended long-range air campaign. Air tankers are essential to maintaining sustained combat operations, allowing attack aircraft to remain in the air for long periods, extend their range of operations, and conduct multiple attack waves without returning to base. The volume of ongoing air activity indicates that the United States is positioning the logistical backbone necessary for sustained high-intensity air operations, rather than a limited strike of short duration. The historically large tanks set a precedent for major US air campaigns, making them one of the clearest indicators that extensive combat preparations had already begun.
