*NB: There is no ATC in Kabul/Afghanistan. The FIR is controlled via Pakistan and Doha hence you see the point of origin of the flight as over Afghanistan.

Worth keeping an eye in in light of developments in past 48 hours.

Another Cornet departs RAF Mildenhall likely for Ramstein AB.
Two things to note here:
1. K35R: AE025D | Tail 58-0092 | callsign: REACH 421 was previously assigned to Rota Naval Station Spain.
2. Operating at FL190 (19,000 feet) means this is dragging fighters behind it - this is within the standard High Altitude envelop of refueling of F35s in non-hostile airspace between 15,000-19,000 feet.
---
RCH5407 the C5M was likely in UK for deliveries. (Not relevant to coronet movement eastward)

Royal Air Force (UK) has been putting in a lot of overtime with logistic flights into the region lately:

For how long will the USN hide behind Pakistan's coast? Will it conduct operations on Iran from just off Pakistan's coast?

Is it to remove line of sight monitoring and also force Iran to overfly Pakistan with its cruise and ballistic missiles if it wants to attack the aircraft carriers of the USN?

The current location of the USN is suspicious relative to Pakistan, though whether that to sow the seeds of distrust between Pakistan Iran through this positioning is also the question ?

It doesn't need to hide, it can sit there very comfortably for the foreseeable future.
Is it to remove line of sight monitoring and also force Iran to overfly Pakistan with its cruise and ballistic missiles if it wants to attack the aircraft carriers of the USN?
that as a realistic scenario won't be happening anytime soon. The US has plenty of systems on their batman belt that they have not yet showcased to the world, the start of this war the US miscalculated - that is not the case now, look at how they have repositioned aerial assets and look at the signals coming out from E3 nations due to fuel crisis in Red Sea.

if it wants to attack the aircraft carriers of the USN?
Attacking an aircraft carrier would be a tactical mistake from Tehran and they know this.
The current location of the USN is suspicious relative to Pakistan.
The US are relying on a clearly defined legal pretext for their blockade as laid out in United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). The crucial legal defense is that the blockade is geographically constrained to vessels transiting to and from Iranian ports. Neutral transit remains unimpeded. [See below]

The vessels with red circles around them are sanctioned vessels and they will remain on the other side of the blockade, whilst neutral vessels can cross the blockade through clearance.

though whether that to sow the seeds of distrust between Pakistan Iran through this positioning is also the question ?
If it were only that simple...

12 tankers today crossing the Strait during daylight hours

Well if reports are true many of these tankers could be part of the group that’s shelling out money to Iran and Iran allowing those tankers to freely move kind of weird Iran takes out 7 tankers/cargo ships in one day and they can’t do the easily with the same group that is leaving in broad daylight

Attacking an aircraft carrier would be a tactical mistake from Tehran and they know this.

I would argue that it is the first thing they should do. It is strange to suggest that a US carrier can freely kill tens of thousands of Iranians, cause hundreds of billions of dollars of damage, potentially cause massive levels of nuclear damage and contamination if they attack nuclear installations but at that same time that the US carrier should not be targeted/destroyed as that will be a tactical mistake?

I don't quite agree with this particular piece of logic. Iran should look to disable all the US aircraft carriers asap if it has the technical means to do so at the outset of any new outbreak of hostilities and thereby reduce the scope of damage these US aircraft carriers could cause for the loss of life, and damage.

The question is whether they have the technical capabilities, but if they do - they need to wise up quickly as their tactics so far has only caused more war for them, not less.

This guy TOM just posts unsubstantiated often "borrowed" images from others and various telegrams without context. This image doesn't prove anything.

Case in point:

Not much we can do. As long as they are in international waters, even if they were in Pakistani waters there is probably still not much we can do....

Seeds of mistrust with Iran were done already by Iranians in Yeman...
