Why would we need to test Nuclear as we have already tested it. It is not deilvery system as Trump clearly said no.

So in our home town, there wasn't any landhi fault line active for 1 month that was causing the earthquake with magnitude of 3.3 back to back
That can be confirmed from seismic data.
1. Natural earthquakes produces strong Primary (P) and Secondary (S) waves compared to earthquakes caused by Nuclear Test which produce weak to negligible (S) waves.
2. Natural earthquakes have low P:S ratio compared to that caused by nuclear test.
3. Natural earthquake can produce either Compressional (Upwards) or Dilational (downwards) initial wave compared to that caused by nuclear test which almost always form Compressional first. Image for reference below:-
So if they were earthquakes caused by underground nuclear tests, third party seismologists would have immediately caught it and broken the news.
Improving the Nukes = improving uranium/plutonium enrichment i.e. (< 90%) and achieving Supercriticality - Pakistan has already achieved that in the 90's. There's no more room for improvement available there.
The rest of the improvement is in the Delivery Systems now, for which a nuclear detonation is usually not required, as conventional missile and cold tests suffice.

Please watch the whole video or read the whole transcript, I have shared both earlier. When he said what you are quoting, the interviewer was already asking him about North Korea - she said "North Korea has but not nuclear weapons" at which point Trump interrupted her and made the "underground testing" comment.
Besides, even granting that he spoke of Pakistan (which he did not) - you really want to take everything Trump says at face value without corroborating it? Just prior to his "underground tests" comments he also made a comment about how Russia and China don't inform and their media doesn't write about when they conduct a nuclear test. He's just spinning a story to justify his decision to restart US nuclear testing.
Yet again, doesn't require nuclear detonation. Cold tests are conducted for that.

That's not what he said. The clip is right there of what he said.
"As powerful as they are", the video evidence doesn't show him specifically referring to Pakistan.

You are giving too much credence to this 10 faced fascist troll.
They want to test nukes. They want mushroom clouds. None of the countries they have mentioned are making mushroom clouds so his point is mute.
To be honest, that's the best way to validate if these things work and best way to study newer types. There is better technology now as well to study this phenomenon in detail.....
