I think the ratio of family based to employment based immigration is highest for countries like China , India and Mexico which have historically had long backlogs on EB immigration categories . It may also be political but there are quite a few high profile Indian and Chinese origin first generation immigrants who are CEOs of prominent tech companies. That is not typically true of countries that are featured in the list.

A recent report and even Trump’s own posts show that Indians are among the least likely immigrant groups to draw federal benefits. Most Indian H1B families are net contributors, not dependents on welfare unlike ppl from other SA countries

I think he means H1Bs who ultimately become citizens, though it is a very long wait for Indians to become citizens.

Social security is a very progressive tax when you factor in how benefits are calculated. In theory, one could game it by employing their parents and paying them very low wages ( thus minimising SS deductions) for 10 years. Low income people get back a far higher proportion of their SS contributions than high income people.

The time for immigration is over. Develop your own countries and l9ok for regional ties. Regions must develop economic blocs. Ditch the dollar as much as possible and create your own currency. Those regions and nations that don't will pay a very heavy price.

Indians are scammers too. Trump has made it very difficult for Indians to apply for H1-B. You guys will be paying a very hefty sum even if you manage to sneak in through H1-B visas.
