So could they be spying on somebody who is suspected of working for Iran...but not against the US. I doubt it explicitly says they have to be working against the US government. If some US citizen is working on the behalf of the Russians to target France then sure that puts them under surveillance and I'm sure the US would probably give French Intelligence the details about it.

F-9 has to be Will Williams, current chairman of the National Alliance. Williams fits all the other clues so far.

If I am right, this means Heidi Beirich, director of intelligence for the SPLC was in a romantic relationship with the chairman of the National Alliance while they were plotting the Unite the Right rallies in Charlottesville.

There were three of them, only the third one gets reported on anymore.

Note: After the Unite the Right rally, Will Williams publishes a photo of him and David Duke meeting at Williams' house. Remember Williams writing David Duke meeting with him after the infamous rally and giving Williams all the details.

David Duke was not part of the planning, but he did show up unannounced and was the one who started all the chaos.
