Many US states have enacted term limits for their elected officials. The 22nd Amendment to the US Constitution prohibits the President from serving more than 2 terms.

It is only the Congress who are not term limited. Nor, have they any interest in enacting term limits.

I don't watch Fox News. But every once in awhile I'll turn it on just to see what culture war they're currently using to anger boomers.

Culture wars all they have now to convince people to vote for them. GOP and Fox have abandoned appealing to economic or freedom concerns. Seems their play in 2026 cycle is don't vote for the Communist/Socialist/Terrorists Dems.

The hospital says they are "sorry" after injecting potassium chloride into the spines of people getting routine joint replacement surgeries.

Sorry isn't going to cut it. Odds are the medical staff is made up of foreigners with questionable certifications. Hospital needs to be sued out of existence and medical staff responsible facing felonies.
