BTW, haven't forgotten your reply to me. Perhaps I should have elaborated a bit. In addition to being an engineer by training, I hold degrees in Supply Chain Management as well as two graduate degrees. One happens to be in Accounting. I don't practice, I'm just good with numbers and budgets.

I also have a small RE venture. Several rental properties and some raw land parcels currently in early stages of development.
