I agree that many progressive Democratic policies, such as defunding the police, sanctuary city laws, approaches to homelessness, mental health initiatives, and expensive social welfare programs, have negatively impacted several cities. Portland, Oregon, is a prime example of this, and I have firsthand experience as my business is located there, and my wife is a Portlander.Every major city in Murrca is a blue city/run by democrat progress and those cities are all sht holes. Blue cities inside conservative states are sht holes too. They are good at destroying not building.
Issue with crime in the US is not politically charged, nor "defunding" the police, in fact, major Democrats cities (such as NYC or LA or Philly) all have top notched Police force. The issue with crime is Law Enforcement officer to population and the easy access to weaponry, and also law and right are tilted toward civilian not Police. Even with numerous Federal, States and County LEO tier, US only have about 242 per 100,000 active officers, and even if you counted reserve LEO and other auxiliary LEO role (such as park ranger), you are talking about 1.1 to 1.2 million LEO to 330 million population. You are talking about 363 per 100k pop. The golden number you are looking at is around 500 per 100k population, which is at level with many Asian country, which are traditionally having low crime rate. Or country with high weapon availabilityI agree that many progressive Democratic policies, such as defunding the police, sanctuary city laws, approaches to homelessness, mental health initiatives, and expensive social welfare programs, have negatively impacted several cities. However, I disagree with placing all the blame on Democrats. Approximately 30% of U.S. cities are led by Republicans, and many of them face similar challenges. Crime rates in cities are shaped by complex factors, and both Democratic- and Republican-led cities struggle with these issues. For instance, Oklahoma City, Fort Worth, and Miami—Republican-led cities—have higher crime rates than Democratic-led New York City, despite their smaller populations.
Here's an interesting fact that might catch some off guard: In the 2020 U.S. presidential election, counties won by Biden accounted for about 71% of the nation's GDP, while counties won by Trump contributed around 29%. This highlights the economic concentration in urban and metropolitan areas, which tend to lean Democratic. Despite the chaos and negative publicity surrounding large cities, they still produce significantly more GDP than rural, Republican-led counties.

None of that will happen. The 22nd Amendment is quite clear.very unlikely to get a 3rd term through election, how many trump voters in 2024 will vote for him again?? so the 3rd term must come from a mandate, wartime or otherwise
