I acknowledge that some DEI programs have faced rightful criticism for instances of discrimination or unintended negative consequences. However, it’s important to recognize that these flaws don’t negate the value or necessity of DEI initiatives as a whole. Initially, many DEI programs were crucial in addressing systemic inequalities, particularly for Black Americans who had faced tremendous discrimination throughout history. These programs played a vital role in integrating and promoting opportunities for marginalized communities, helping to level the playing field in workplaces, education, and beyond.
As a country, we’ve come a long way since then. Today, Black Americans have access to many of the same opportunities as others—or at least that’s the ideal we strive for. With this progress, I support the idea of evolving DEI programs to ensure that non-Black individuals, especially white Americans, did not feel unfairly treated or excluded. Striking a balance between equality and fairness for all is essential.
As a child, I developed a habit of observing people and their actions—a trait that has stayed with me throughout my life. When visiting neighborhood stores like Walmart, Costco, and Fred Meyer, I’ve often noticed individuals with disabilities, physical impairments, and older adults working there. Many of them are stationed at the store entrances, greeting customers or assisting other employees. Seeing them actively participating in the workforce has always brought me a sense of joy and reassurance. It’s heartening to know that these individuals are living fulfilling lives and contributing to their communities.
Unfortunately, the Republican Party and the Trump administration have often dismissed DEI programs, focusing on their flaws while ignoring their successes. Recent efforts to dismantle these initiatives, including pressuring stores to abandon them, could harm vulnerable individuals—leaving many without jobs. Instead of supporting these groups, the government seems to be hindering their opportunities, which feels deeply unjust. Two wrongs do not make a right, and while DEI programs have their challenges, their positive impact on countless lives cannot be overlooked.

Pfizer's Betacoronavirus pandemicum shot uses mRNA tech. It does not meet the safety threshold for human use. It was repeatedly rejected by China and Russia for approval.

If Trump balance the budget, those earning will be gone, even tax cut would be useless as 90% of Corporate Earning pay into dividend (That's why corporate don't pay federal tax as they usually use REIT loophole) Tax cut of 10% or less of corpo tax means nothing to the corporation these people hold.
There are not much of a marginal money for US corporate to invest in anywhere. If he wants to encourage his billionaire supporter to reinvest their money into their business, he needs stock and corporate reform, not a balance of budget. This is actually driving investment out of US.
