The mother can be deported but by constitution, you can't deport a US Citizen. Whether or not the mother has the right to consider this is not on ICE, it's on Family Court.

The question is, if the mother is the sole custodian of the US Citizen child, then this would have been alright, still they will need to let the child back to America if the mother choose to, but if not, and if that's a share custody, then unless you have a wit from family court, the mother taking the child back to Mexico would have been kidnapping and thus illegal, and if this is a deportation, then the government is an accessory to the crime.

Whole point of a Judge is to listen to cases and appeals of people who come to court for help

Seems like a war brewing between Judicial system vs FBI

Who has more authority Courts and Judges vs FBI workers?

It seems like FBI was interfering with Judge's work if she wanted to listen to a Court case involving migrant


If FBI has issue with judge they should have opened a case in Supreme court to advice the Judge , not just go arrest the Judge


It seems a bit "Odd" that's all , I do not know they full specifics of what the judge did



Correct me if I am wrong but in American Christianity (not saying Catholic) , is there no rule where someone can seek sanctuary in Church or in this case a Judge/Court ?

Does this ICE thing not go against the whole idealism a human having some form of sanctuary to plead their case?

It seems quite "Drastic Measures" to intimidate the judges of American court system

I personally did not felt it could happen in USA but seems to be happening

ICE (or more specifically, Department of Homeland Security) can arrest her, but whether or not that stick is another issue. Most likely the government is going to drop that case, there are no way they can prove she obstruct justice (It takes a lot to do to convict someone of Obstruction and Perjury) just by allowing them to leave thru side door won't do it.

And in law, there are two type of people you don't generally pissed off, that's Judges and Lawyers, Judges know more law than average lawyer, that's why they are judges, not lawyer, and you don't mess with lawyer because they look out for each other, be it both side (Prosecution and Defense) of the isle, I know, because I lived with one. This is a very bad move both tactically and in optics, tactically it's a harassment (again, this is done by trump to show his power, this isn't going anywhere) which is going to be bad for ICE or Homeland Security. Optics wise, this basically declare war on Judiciary branch, this is not going to brood well with the public

He was trying not to be noticed, I was grinning from ear to ear.

Give me credit, at least I didn't laugh and tell him he still had two hours of driving in Oklahoma, before reaching Texas.
