I don't think so, you declare a country and its leader Terrorists without UN approval, or anyone else backings, then you sanction a tanker and seized it in International water without any legal proceedings, so what China Declare Taiwan its territory which they do and seize the tanker saying its our tanker ? last I check Venezuela is also a independent nation, with large oil reserve, yes its not as prosperous as Taiwan but there are many Sovereign nations which are not so does that give US right to bully a nation into submission? Again cite me a international law which says that US can seize a Tanker for a sovereign nation in international waters or any other country for that matter, everyone knows that what US is doing it will not allow anyone else to do specially not China or Russian.
