Venezuela - US Conflict: News, Updates

We were at that phase a long time ago, just that now we are doing this out in the open.
No more veil just blatant violations of the International laws which were created by those who are violating them today... guess the time is ripe to move in to the woods and start my own cult, world is going to shit. (pardon my language)

Guess Maduro is about to be going to court here in New York:

Maduro probably knew it was coming, probably told his guards to stand down and allowed himself to get arrested. Didn’t want to go out like Tony Montana.

Latin America as a whole lost what sovereignty it had thought it had clawed back in the last few decades.

After this raid, why wouldn’t Trump take out the regime in Cuba and Columbia, solidifying his support amongst Cuban and Columbian American voters as well.

Not sure about Columbia but unlike gHq Pindi duffers the Cuban military is not on the take.

Trump: "We lost no aircraft; everything came back. One helicopter was hit pretty hard, but we got it back." "We have a few injuries but no deaths on our side is really amazing."

Monroe doctrine and you need oil for future cloud ai farms it is not that complicated.
The problem is, it touches nothing in the government structure, and you need to control the government to take control the oil. I mean, what would the US do if Delcy Rodríguez said she is taking over from Maduro? The US didn't touch any of the government other than Maduro himself; the entire thing is 99% intact.

Sure, there are chances this power vacuum can lead to a civil war, but in the end it will still be the side that pro-Maduro rule because the opposition resistance did not really exist at this point; they had no shot at the government.

If this is a flip, I am pretty sure the US will basically paralyse the entire Venezuela and then attempt to lift or kill all of the government ministers or at least damage Venezeulean military enough for the Opposition to have a shot, they did neither......

Nicolás Maduro and his wife are en route to New York. They were first transported to the USS Iwo Jima and are currently aboard the ship , trump

RQ-170 supported US operations

It was always International law and human rights violations applies to 3rd world countries, if you have powerful ally you can get away with a literal Genocide and Ethnic cleansing while playing victim, Sad world we live in.
Little Kim understood that. Little Kim is safe.

USMCA is coming up for renegotiation

Venezuelan crude is sour crude

Canada's only bargaining chip is sour crude from the oil sands

There wont be a civil war. The next leader will bend the knee
I don't see that happening tho, I mean, what actually did the US do except kidnapping Maduro.

On the other hand, USMCA has been dead since April, and the bargaining chip for Canada is electricity, not oil (almost all of the northeastern US is on the Canadian Grid, that's why Doug Ford was using it to fight Trump's tariff, not oil)
