I don´t know. but technically possible.
In theory stealth aircraft as F22 or F35 can be detected by Vietnam air defence radars, passive radars, low frequency radars. the challenge is to shoot down them from the sky.

to guide the missile you need high frequency fire control radars. something like S125-VT fire control radar.
so conclusion what you need is the data from air defence radars, passive radars and low frequency radars as inputs. the computer calculates and guides the missile via high frequency fire control radars how to hit the plane. F22s or F35s don´t fly at high altitude they usually cruise on medium airspace, so S125 is best suitable.
S300 is expensive. Vietnam air defence uses s300 to target expensive enemy balistic missiles.

by the way stealth technology is not new to Vietnam air defence. North Vietnam shot down 10,000 US aircraft including 4,000 fighter jets.

Vietnam radars can detect stealth fighters such as F 35 ? Even US, Japan and SK radars couldn't detect Chinese stealth fighters J 20 as they intentionally passed through the narrow Tsushima Strait between Japan and SK recently. China is the world leader on radars of stealth detection tech now. But, the airplanes or fighters shot down by NV in the Vietnam war were not stealth. I don't think S 300 is in any way an effective weapon to deal with stealth fighters.

you don´t understand. I can´t tell about JP and KR radars. but detecting and destroy enemy advanced aircraft needs more than radars and missiles. that´s too little. what you need is IQ. you need intel, you need dirty tricks.
Not stealth, but the US bombers and aircraft heavily used EW systems that made aircraft almost stealth. very difficult to detect, least to destroy. North Vietnam would not down a single B52 strategic bomber.

Without proper radars, high IQ soldiers are practically useless in the battle against stealth fighters. You think American, Japanese and SK military men are of low IQ ? US
F-117 Nighthawk was the first stealth fighter that became operational in 1983.

I did not say they are dumb. let take a quiz. assume you are blindfolded you want to catch a fish in a big ocean, how to do that? I give you a hint: the water knows where the fish is.

a fun video
"Vietnam is a scary country, China be careful"
China state television interviewd Michael Sandel, a Havard professor, on his view on China.
to the host surprise, instead of praising China under Ccp rule Sandel critized widespread egoism, lack of ethic, lack of unity among young Chinese, which is very concerning. that stands in contrast to the Vietnamese.

Chinese youth are not as selfish as Trump. Not even close to what their president does. He should take care of himself first.

Hanwha Aerospace will deliver 20x K9 Thunder self-propelled howitzers in a deal worth $250 million (instead of $300m, $50m discount). all K9s to be delivered by end of the year. Most likely including transfer of tech, otherwise this 20 pieces is too little.
