I don´t know. but technically possible.
In theory stealth aircraft as F22 or F35 can be detected by Vietnam air defence radars, passive radars, low frequency radars. the challenge is to shoot down them from the sky.
to guide the missile you need high frequency fire control radars. something like S125-VT fire control radar.
so conclusion what you need is the data from air defence radars, passive radars and low frequency radars as inputs. the computer calculates and guides the missile via high frequency fire control radars how to hit the plane. F22s or F35s don´t fly at high altitude they usually cruise on medium airspace, so S125 is best suitable.
S300 is expensive. Vietnam air defence uses s300 to target expensive enemy balistic missiles.
by the way stealth technology is not new to Vietnam air defence. North Vietnam shot down 10,000 US aircraft including 4,000 fighter jets.
