I would say that since they have already installed it on the first TN-75 submarine, it must have been very accurate considering our radius of operation is just a few hundred km from shore, not like 10,000 km from shore like those SLBM. They tested it and refined it for 11 months in 2021 before inducting it into service. Five years have passed, and now the second TN-75 submarine is being built, so I believe they have plenty of time in the past five years to refine that system. That’s a great progress but still a long way to making high precision gyroscopes. Making those in submarines, aircraft is another level, very difficult. Only countries as US, China, Germany or Japan can make it.
Yes, I prefer HSR, a question of economics, best solution for short and medium distances.Airport map of Viet Nam. Considering 90% of Viet Nam 100 million population live around the Red River delta in the North and the Mekong River delta in the South, or within 100 km of these two rivers, do we still need high-speed rail? I know Viet love HSR.

In the past long ago people including myself took a flight between Köln and Frankfurt, a distance of about 200km. now you have the option, taking the autobahn (without speed limit) or highspeed train. Both much cheaper and faster, if you count in the airfare, waiting times, check in, security.
The train runs 300kmh.
