Ah nonsense
anti Chinese sentiment in Viet Nam is total different to anti China in North Korea. Different story. No comparison. Vietnam suffered multiple invasions multiple brutally under the hands of China. You compare that to Korea.
As for cars, I just take as metaphor, can be another item like plane or ship.
By the way, I notice Chinese carmakers have learned from previous mistakes. Recent models introduced in Vietnam are better in quality, cheaper in price.
BYD cars are now priced half what they started.
That’s a good way forward.
What’s lacking of is charging infrastructure.
Vietnam EVs have s different charging infra.

I have met a lot of Vietnamese people. These Vietnamese people's attitude towards China is obviously polarized, some of them really hate China, and some them really like China, even think Vietnam should not have been independent from China at the beginning.

Even this is still the case when the Vietnamese government has been continuously conducting anti-Chinese education and there are already many Vietnamese people who are attracted to China for cultural, consanguineous, and economic reasons. If the Vietnamese government gives up anti-Chinese education, how Vietnam be?

This is why I say that anti-Chinese education is the only choice for the Vietnamese government, otherwise it will lose its independence.

The historical hatred you mentioned is not the real reason at all. You are a German Vietnamese. Think about the historical hatred between Germany and France.

What is that ? Vietnam and Russia are going to build a 2200 km railway from Vietnam to Russia crossing China ? Must be joking, South-North China extent is about 4000 km. A railway over China by foreigners, lol.
I have checked the distance. It turns out Russia is closer than one may think.
Vietnam is 3,260km from North to South.
The straight line between Russia Tuva to Vietnam Mong Cai is 3,172km.
So even shorter than the Vietnam in length

So a railway would running thru Mongolia and China looks like this (thanks to OpenAi):
Kyzyl (Tuva) → Russian-Mongolian border → southern Mongolia (toward Ulaanbaatar corridor) → cross into China (Inner Mongolia) → run southeast through northern/central China toward the China–Vietnam border (e.g., Hekou/Lào Cai or Dongxing/Longzhou → Hanoi).

The 2,200km would be new built or used existing railway.

the probable railway sections running thru Mongolia and China
Copy China model: Vietnam imports Russia natural resources, while the Russians buy consumer goods.
Ccp would probably be not happy.

Coffee is more than just a drink in Viet Nam.
It is very strong, much a punch in the face in the morning. Rocket fuel. Ready to go to work.

What expert planned this route for you? Does this expert not know of the great snowy mountains and the Qinling Mountains between ShanXi and SiChuan? This expert should go to the Martian civilization to find the technology that can build railways in the snowy mountains, at least China does not have such technology.

There certainly is some railway in China from Hohhot in Mongolia to the frontier of Annam, but it does not follow the fatuous route that you have drawn but goes from Mongolia through Honan and Hupeh to Shensi, and thence via Hunan to Kwangsi. The whole length is about 2500 km.

The 2,200km railway thru Mongolia and China was made public by the Russian gov. Viet Nam is said to have agreed and the consensus from China. You know the terrain better so may be right, the railway may run different route thru China, thus 300km longer.

So it was the Russians. Well, perhaps the Russians might find a way to build railways on snowy mountains, as their country has more ice cap.

But the Chinese would not choose this route. There is a Chinese proverb "蜀道难,难于上青天", which means the road to Szechuan Province is very difficult, as difficult as flying to sky.

Why do they want to build new railway through China, there already exists rail route from Guangxi bordering Vietnam to Mongolia or Russia ? So, Russia is going build railways in China, must be kidding, Russians who proposed must have too much Vodka.

No details yet. It only says Viet Nam will work with China. No, the Russians will not build or own any railway running thru China.

Details from the NYT leak, Vietnam will buy 40 Su35 fighters from Russia among military items. The US including Trump seem have no objection.
We are neutral, military buildup minimal, no threat.

Thailand, Cambodia, Laos definitely won't agree with you. You know which country ASEAN was originally established to deal with?

Laos is a close military ally. Maybe some concerns from Thailand or Cambodia. no reason to worry. What can we do with new 40 jets? Too little.
Yes I know Asean was established to counter Vietnam threat. But that’s old story. USSR is dead.
