Interesting, the US considers capitalist Europe and communist Vietnam as the same in trades.

They no longer have the power to hold up Eurasia, hence trying to move the supply chain into the American nations like Mexico and Argentina.

They also view Vietnam as a token for China's hidden export.

Anyway, their governance is now totally a mess and chaotic, and who knows what kind of outlandish move they gonna throw in the next day.

400-500 km are built a year on average.
