Hi friend, I am not familiar with the local distribution. I think because Viet Nam is the major producer of Google phones so you can buy it at local stores or websites. But beware there is a hack, as Google doesn’t list Vietnam as entity for local distribution so guarantee or support may be limited or nonexistent. I am a fan of Apple. Google or Samsung or others is not on my radar.

Thank you for your detailed response.

I currently have a Google Pixel 10 (which I love) and my question was based in curiosity.

Yes, you are right, not a copy.
My guess baes on the Vietnam pact with Russia for license production of Kh35 missile. I think from turbo engines to turbofans is a small step. Same for other modifications. As for radar seeker, missiles use high-frequency pulse in cm or mm to illuminate the target in terminal phase.
I don’t know what radars VCM missiles have onboard, most probably many radars in combo.

That's a myth, Russia never allow Vietnam to do license production of the Kh35, not even in a million years; if it happened, you will hear it flashing across international news channels as big as the Brahmos joint venture to assemble the russian Yakhont missile and even with the brahmos joint venture the russian only deliver the radar seeker and engine to india to assemble, no production. To give you another idea, around early 2010s, the chinese asked Russia for license production of the Tor-m1 missile and they rejected it immediately. Russia does not transfer technologies and that has been their iron clad policy, especially with missiles.

That looks funny, like trying to reach a baby to climb. Then how to carry a weight while climbing without hesitation.

The scale of Spratlys land reclamation is nothing compared to the 2870 hectares of land reclamation of the new city Vinhome Can Gio Vingroup is doing now. If you let Vingroup do land reclamation of Barque Canada Reef, I'm sure they can reclaim 66 km2 of the reef within one year at the most.
