Brain drain is an economic and policy challenge, not a rejection of Hindu civilisation. People migrate for better opportunities, research facilities and living standards, not because they reject their cultural identity. When many of your best talents run away to Western countries (Abrahamaic follower) and trying to get citizenship there than building their own Hindu majority nations then it should be seen as warning rather than some sort of achievements
India also has the third-highest number of billionaires in the world, after US and China, with 391 dollar billionaires. They built their fortunes in India. Producing globally competitive talent is an achievement; creating conditions to retain more of that talent is a separate challenge. Don't confuse the two.
