I don't think China is a warmonger. However, they have been aggressive towards their neighbors such as the Philippines and Vietnam

China and Vietnam have good and strategic relation now, there is no problem. Filipino navy constantly provokes and attacks Chinese Coast Guards in SCS and China exercised lots retraint, not China threatening or attacking Filipin, lol. We know which country is behind Filipin.
