To talk about social affairs and regional issues.

Current set-up works fine.

Australian matters are discussed with Asian ones. Any non-Australian Oceanian matters, e.g. fishery stock depletion in the Cook Islands, can go into a playoff with the least important South American issue of the month in order to determine further recognition.
