India bashing vs. Pakistan progress

Why are the threads India bashing threads (geopolitical/defense etc.) the most popular ones and the ones talking about Pakistan's progress lag behind (by a fair margin if I might add)?

What pleasure does one get from bashing India (esp. given its online) - seems perverse to "take" pleasure by nothing trading more than insults/jibes/putting the "other" party down? I am often surprised where members believe India is going nowhere and yet go to great lengths to post articles confirming the "hypothesis". If you truly believe that, whats the point of sharing these posts. Isn't energy spent better in improving your country?

Probably one of the best poem by Iqbal Chachu

This is the state of the Middle East today.

In childhood, we used to run away by ringing the bells of people's houses.

Now life is ringing our bells.
