Aray bhai russia China got no friends and after seeing what China did to us in CPEC swindle, nobody wants to deal with China. We are $50 billion or so in debt from cpec and the highest cost electricity per unit on this planet. That cpec was the worst thing that has happened to us. Etemaad he hutt gya hae China say Hamara!

You mean the other way around where Pakistan to a good extent mismanaged cpec and the Chinese remain patient and hopeful of improvement.

Back to the point, China and Russia represent an alternative concept of a block, and that's exactly the signaling modi gave with his trip and picture with Putin and xi, you are excessively deterministic about how the world is, it is verging on nihilistic

Well the above reason why PIA is in the doldrums is probably the reason why cpec did not materialize economically

Let me just make a statement I am fairly confident on..... China is more sincere and well meaning on Pakistan's economic betterment than some of the Pakistani establishment...... That's reality, the reasoning is pragmatic but the intent is reality.

So back to the prior point, if turkey were a NATO stooge and that's the only identity they have why would they buy the s400 or developed their own fighter jets?

You were more correct 20 years ago, but things change and you have to look at the directional momentum

Bhai China is just a clearance agent/ investor for the US. They move in when the US requires them to provide an alternative to the Western offer or in case the western offer does not exist or is withdrawn. China is no competitor to the US, but a trade and business partner of the west.

AL-Turkiya is just a small fry, its got no say on anything. Totally dependent on the west for survival.

Relative to the US everyone is small fry, the framing and the language just seems performative when you use language like that, there is a global system so by that logic Japan is small fry, so is Russia
