Aap bhi ek lugai ghar le aao panditji. Nahi to GF hi sahi. Aaj kal to sab chalta hai.no no
this is a good development only
I said as much in the main thread too..
Many moons ago I was in a course with some maldives fishermen folk, they were a pretty mast lot.. full smokers/drinkers.
Stunning place, too good ! and still on my bucket list.. kabhi jaane ka hai, kisi lady love ke saath but cost muchos dineros. Tu bhi toh went on honeymoon or something.. and didn't like it lol..
place is right up my alley, I love these coral atolls and the clear water.. jannat.
Haan, ye toh hai.. you can get similar coral clear water paradise in Thailand too.. Koh Samui/pha gnan/phi phi.. also in the Philippines, but woh door hai thoda, cost more getting to there.. some of these Thailand flights but, cheaper than many domestic routes, plus vija on arrival.. currency bhi almost sem to sem hi hai.. 2.5 rupee to a baht.. legal rundees are a bonus.Aap bhi ek lugai ghar le aao panditji. Nahi to GF hi sahi. Aaj kal to sab chalta hai.
Maldives is not my cup of tea. The blue water and white sand and all is ok, but gets boring after a day. Absolutely flat land, no views, nothing. You are stuck on your island and paying through your nose for everything. SE Asian countries are much much better.
Panditji yeh aap hain kya?

I eat with hands too, but there are degrees to it, right?Eating with your hands is a timeless tradition in many cultures there is science behind this as well but I can't find the paper that conducted a study about the holistic benefits of eating with hands - there is tactile feedback too which makes eating with hands a more pleasurable experience.
In our community there is a dish called mamto which is eaten solely by hand in fact it is considered disrespectful to eat it with cutlery.
There is also goshtaba which a cured meat dish cooked in yogurt sauce and served with rice that is usually consumed by rolling it into a ball.
But nowadays that dish is served in high fi restaurants and eaten as a starter with a fork and knife.
Rice was traditionally consumed by hand in many parts of Asia.
Chopsticks were originally used only for cooking dating back to the Han Dynasty - confusious scholars didn't permit knives and cutlery at the table due to his teaching that knives are for battle and have no place on the dinner table - it was at this time that chopsticks became popular as an eating utensil.
Spoons or rather ladels were used in the neolythic era and Egyptians used spoons for cooking. The Greeks would fashion a spoon out of a hollowed out piece of bread known as a mystron and scoop soup inside it.
Traditional spoons as we know the today were used as cuttlerly originally in the Arab world and Middle East for cooking and eating shorba (soup) daring back pre 1007 with and were imported to the west sometime after the first crusade. The first mention of spoons being used as cutlery in England sate arouns 12th century.
Prior to all this we all consumed food with our hands in one way or another.
The term "pattay pay khaney waley loag" people who eat on leaves is often used as an insult in Pakistan but it dates back to our ancestors who did just that, turning a large edible leaf into a plate.
