I’m on vacation, and barely visited the forum this week. 🤣

The Houthis caved. If the Houthis thought they could sustain operations vs the US they wouldn’t have capitulated and made a deal.

Why would they seek a deal otherwise? The Houthis backed down, that’s a fact.
Congratulations. The Mighty U.S defeated the poorest Country in the region. Well, not really!🤣

Are the "Israelis" for real here or they're trying to keeping a brave face here?

Rumours said that this Iraqi christian woman, Alina Habba, pressured Trump to stop the attack on the Houthis.

A beautiful Chaldean Catholic and Trump’s former lawyer and US attorney.

The Donald felt for her. Much better than falling for Bibi.

The leader of the Ansarallah resistance movement, Abdul Malik al-Houthi, stated during a televised speech on 8 May that Yemen will continue supporting Palestine against Israel's ethnic cleansing campaign.

“Our country has resumed its full stance – militarily, officially, and popularly – to support the Palestinian people since the resumption of the genocide,” Houthi said, emphasizing that the Yemeni position is “firm and comprehensive regarding support, whether through bombing deep inside occupied Palestine or the ban on Israeli ships.”

His statement comes two days after US President Donald Trump made a surprise announcement ending Washington's unconstitutional war against Yemen in an Omani-mediated truce deal that omits Israel.

“The escalation of US aggression did not affect our military capabilities, did not stop operations, and did not affect popular will in any way,” Houthi stated on Thursday, revealing that, since mid-March, the US bombed Yemen over 1,712 times.

He also confirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF) is fully prepared “to confront any new round of US aggression.”

“[The US] would not have mobilized, with all its capabilities, potential, aircraft carriers, and bombers, had the Yemeni people's stance not been influential,” Houthi added and stressed the naval blockade on Israeli-linked vessels “has been a complete and total success.”

“The operation targeting [Ben Gurion] Airport exposed the vulnerability of the Israeli enemy to Yemeni missiles and revealed the failure of both Israeli and US defense systems … From 15 March to 7 May, our support operations totaled over 131, carried out with 253 ballistic, cruise, hypersonic missiles, and drones,” the Ansarallah leader said, noting that Tel Aviv is under “four layers of protection” including the recently-deployed US THAAD missile defense system.

“The attack on Ben Gurion Airport caused more than 3 million Zionists to flee to shelters and froze airport activity for an important period. The state of fear and mass panic among the Zionists has its significance and great role in pressuring the Israeli enemy.”

Houthi also spoke about Israel's destruction of Sanaa International Airport earlier this week, saying that Tel Aviv was “forced to enter directly into aggression on our country” due to Washington's failure in the Red Sea.

“Everything the Israeli enemy targeted were clear and known civilian sites, and they are evidence of the American and Israeli failure to confront Yemen’s military capabilities,” Houthi said.

Israeli media is currently highlighting the failure of the American THAAD system, which missed the intercept:

The Houthi ballistic missile fired from Yemen at Israel a short while ago was successfully intercepted by Israel’s Arrow long-range air defense system, a security source tells The Times of Israel.

The American THAAD system deployed to Israel also engaged the missile but missed, for the second time this week, the source says. On Sunday, a THAAD interceptor missed a Houthi missile fired at Israel, while an Arrow interceptor malfunctioned, allowing the projectile to strike Ben Gurion Airport.
