Yemeni media says 7 killed, 35 wounded in Houthi strikes on al-Makha
As we reported earlier, the army of Yemen’s internationally recognised government announced that an attack claimed by the Houthis killed at least seven people in the country’s al-Makha port.The attack, which also hit surrounding residential areas in the district, wounded about 35 people, according to local media reports citing medical sources.
The Houthis claimed responsibility for the attack carried out with “a large number of ballistic missiles and drones”, saying the target was “Saudi enemy troops and weapons depots”.

The Yemeni army post-2014 have come a really long way. They are taking the initiative on many frontlines.
Obviously clear that they have received training from KSA and increased funding. We saw how deeply embedded KSA is in Yemen in January 2026 when the entire Southern separatists (heavily founded and supported by the UAE) were removed almost overnight.
Or the intel that we have on the Houthi terrorist cult - enabling the many recent succesfull attacks on their leadership and infrastructure.
And let us not forget who controls all the oil, gas and money, sea ports etc. De facto KSA which is why the Houthis are crying more and more about their numerous blockades that they are under.
As usual the Houthi terrorist cult cannot do anything to KSA other than target oil and gas installations via drones and missiles and disruption of shipping. Otherwise they are no threat and never were.
On the other hand KSA could turn the Houthi terrorist cult controlled Northwestern Yemen into another Stalingrad or Gaza in terms of destruction but for various obvious reasons - KSA refrains from doing that. Not out of some ridiculous notions of weakness.

Houthis need to shift strategy.
They should make peace with Saudi and end the conflict, b/c the Zionists are trying to build an accord with Saudi over a mutual issues with the Houthis, and its only working in Zionist interests.
The Targeting of Saudi from Yemen hasn't really had significant effect as of late, and only helped the zionist interests by the Israelis painting it as a common ground with Saudi.
Similarly targeting the Zionists via long range Ballistic missiles has also had diminishing returns. The Distance from Sanaa to Eilat is 1,832km. The Distance from Tehran to Tel Aviv is 1,581km and even as low as 1,000km from certain points of Iran as well as Iraq.
This doesn't mean that they can't hit the Israelis, they would be able to do far more damage to the Israelis by targetting Israel and Emirati buildups in Somalia and Djibouti or Eritrea or vessels in the red sea marked for Israel. And it would ensure that they don't come into conflict with the Saudis.
