As long as any religious site is not hit I don't see the issue. How did Saudi Arabia conquer Makkah? This is what happened in 1924 isn't it? There was a literal seige of Makkah. Muslims fighting muslims btw.

Americans and Saudis have been using these bases around holy sites to bomb the crap out of Muslims. And they are built around Makkah, Madinah and other holy sites.

The same Obelisk that Haajis use to throw stone at, is also located near holy Ka'aba. Is it a holy existence too? No its a symbol of Satan.

These people are pretending as if the whole of Makkah province is a holy site. Not its not

It sounds morbid but I think it will be okay. There is about 80km distance between Taif and Jeddah bases to Makkah. Houthi missiles are based on Iranian design so we know they have some pedigree. Would have to be wildly off track to hit Makkah and even then, the chance it hits an actual religious site vs a random street or house is even less.

There is enough intelligence monitoring to figure out any false flag attack as well. I am sure Pakistan, Turkey and all middle eastern countries are watching carefully.
