So again a neutral news source that reporting facts instead of propaganda news this article says they’re losing territory not regaining territory to Houthis even after a large counteroffensive Al Jazeera is gold standard of news for Arabs today

Reporting from Sanaa, Yemen
The Ansar Allah Houthis are inching closer to taking over the city of Taiz. Over the past few weeks, they’ve taken over the city of Mocha, west of Taiz, they’ve taken over areas on the coast of Bab al-Mandeb, and the district of Dhubab.
Despite Yemeni government forces launching a counteroffensive to regain those territories, the Houthis continue to push forward. Their strategic plan is to engulf Taiz city and take over the surrounding Jabal Sabir Mountain, where clashes are currently happening.
Fighters are making their way to take over the top of this mountain despite heavy Saudi air strikes.
South of Taiz city, there is fierce fighting between the Saudi-backed Yemeni government forces and the Houthis. The worst thing that can happen now for government troops is to lose that strategic position, which is the city of Taiz.
