The Houthis are being hit by massive defections

The Giants announce the destruction of the last company of the Houthi 11th BrigadeThe director of the media center for the Southern Giants Brigades, Asil al-Saqladi, announced on Thursday the elimination of the last company affiliated with what is known as the 11th Reserve Brigade in the Houthi group, during military confrontations on the fronts of al-Sabikha and Bab al-Mandab, southwestern Yemen.

Al-Saqladi said, in a statement he posted on the "X" platform, that the forces succeeded in eliminating the last company in the 11th Reserve Brigade, after the Houthis lost the 10th Reserve Brigade, and the destruction of military formations known as the "Karar Brigades," which he said were established under the supervision of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

He explained that the forces of al-Sabikha and the Southern Giants Brigades continue their military operations against the Houthi formations on the fronts of al-Sabikha, Kahbob, and Bab al-Mandab, confirming their readiness to confront whatever remains of those forces.

Al-Saqladi's statements come amid escalating military confrontations on the fronts of al-Mudarabah and Ras al-Arah in Lahij Governorate, and the areas adjacent to Bab al-Mandab, where government forces announced in recent days that they had repelled attempts to advance carried out by Houthi elements toward their positions.

The Southern Giants Brigades had previously announced the foiling of Houthi attacks on the fronts of al-Waziyah and al-Mudarabah, and inflicting human and material losses on the attackers.

Houthi leader Muhammad Sufyan al-Kamel made contacts with leaders in Taiz to dissuade them from confronting the militia, and his attempts were met with rejection and ridicule.

Colonel Abdul-Basit al-Bahr: Government forces and the Popular Resistance repel a fierce militia assault in the vicinity of Jabal Han west of #Taiz following intense battles that lasted more than 12 hours.

Al-Bahr: Full recovery of all positions infiltrated by the militia in the vicinity of Jabal Han and the surrounding hills, with securing of the recovered positions.

Al-Bahr: The militia suffered heavy losses in lives and equipment, with destruction of crews and combat vehicles belonging to it during the confrontations.

You're right. But my comment was specifically regarding the respected member @tsunset . He is not a tortured and dismembered journalist as far as I am aware.

This is video of the Typhoon interception attempt just released by Yemen

I don’t see any clear impacts. Typhoon released a lot of flares. Possible minor shrapnel damage but impossible to tell.

Yes that’s why I said I like visual proof but looks like a close call for sure
