Changan plans to launch a new X5 Plus crossover on the Russian market this autumn, the brand's press service reports. No details about the Russian version of the novelty have been provided yet.

It is known that in China, the model is equipped with three displays – a traditional multimedia system touchscreen, a digital dashboard and an additional driver assistance screen located at the steering wheel. The powertrain of the Chinese version is represented by an uncontested 1.5-liter 188-HP petrol engine coupled with 7-speed robotized dual-clutch gear box and front-wheel drive only. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes the model 7.5 seconds.

AvtoVAZ plans to produce up to 30 thousand LADA Iskra cars this year
AvtoVAZ plans to produce about 20-30 thousand Lada Iskra cars by the end of 2025, according to Oleg Grunenkov, the company's chief product officer.

Mr. Grunenkov explained that the actual production volume depends on the general situation in the automotive market. It is also reported that the production facilities are designed for 150 thousand Iskra cars per year.

The model will be assembled at two production sites – at the Tolyatti plant and the former Nissan plant in Saint Petersburg.

One of Moskvich's dealers announced prices for the new Moskvich-8 crossover, which has not yet been officially sold. The cost depends on the version: it will amount to 2.98 million rubles for the version Business and 3.37 million rubles for the version Premium.

The model is a mid-size 7-seat crossover 4,824 mm in length. The wheelbase is 2,830 mm. The car is equipped with 1.5-liter 174-HP turbocharged engine coupled with 7-speed robotized gear box and front-wheel drive only.

The interior is equipped with a 12.3-inch digital dashboard combined with a multimedia display, physical "hot" keys, a transmission selector, wireless charging for a smartphone, an all-round camera system, and support for connection via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto protocols.
