Helicopters are still quite valid , unlike drone they can't be manipulated with signal jammers

Each helicopter with 19 Tube rocket can take out a large number of ground units

Machine gun and hovering ability can wipe out 20-40 troops in few seconds

The drone are just an extension of force , not retiring Helicopter gunship role

I dont think. Pak army since 2024 have been very secrative, slient, and no showing off there new equipment.

in the age of satellites, you can't really hide such assets as they will be flown frequently to train the pilots, to devise tactics, etc.

Pakistan originally acquired 20 AH-1F cobras during 1984-1986 timeframe. in 2013 16 Jordanian AH-1S were transferred to Pakistan and These were upgraded by the USA in 2013 with nigh vision capability. Turkey also provided spare parts free of cost from their stocks. Three birds were lost.

These choppers and AH64s have no chance in the wider conflict you are probably talking about.....

PA needs serious air power to take on balochi terrorists......and this is where they will be used.

In Indo Pak conflict, Rafales are finding it hard to survive, gunships will have zero chance.
