As it seems, the 5th Z-10ME was seen at the factory

In the officially released photos, this mysterious helicopter appeared in several images. However, all of them only showed partial views, and none of the photos displayed the complete aircraft.

Some speculate that this helicopter is likely a new or special version, rather than a regular standard version.

Really? I must admit - and as such agreeing with you since only this part is shown - I noticed the large chaff/flare boxes and thought it would be just a ME.

Could you please share the other images in which this helicopter is shown? I only saw this one.

Currently, we can only speculate. We need to wait for official agencies to release more information.

For example, this news:

Two helicopters from Harbin Aircraft Industry Group (HAIG) have begun their new year test flight activities.

However, the official news report did not include any photos. Therefore, we speculate that it might be a new type of helicopter.

However, we may have to wait some time to find out the truth.

@Deino

There is currently no reliable information indicating that these helicopters are related to Pakistan. It is suggested that you move this content to the relevant thread about the Chinese Z-10 helicopter.

Indeed mysterious, even more so since it says nothing about if these two helicopters are indeed "new" types or just two helicopter that flew yesterday.

Harbin Aircraft Industry Group (HAIG) currently focuses on the Z-20 series helicopters, the Z-9/19 series helicopters, and some AC series civilian helicopters and UAVs.
Other series have already been fully disclosed, and there is no need for AVIC to keep them confidential; they can directly release on-site photos. The only one that has not yet been disclosed is the Z-21 attack helicopter.

The Z-8/18, Z-10, and other products are manufactured by Changhe Aircraft Industry Group.

This news is from Harbin Aircraft Industry Group (HAIG).

Sorry, my fault ... so this is an independent news!

But the mentioned Z-10ME (?) and the Z-8L shown this was from CAIG? Just to be sure?

Yes for sure, but why posting the obvious? The sky is blue and you you will reply with an image showing blue sky?
It certainly wasn't obvious to me, so I posted a picture for the benefit of the members.

We're not all professional Chinese aircraft "watchers" like you.

Why is the Z-10 taking forever to be integrated into Pakistan Army.

It's bad as the missing serial number for the JF-17 Thunder's:

Block-2: ??-249 and ??-250
Block-3: ??-301, ??-302, ??-303, ??-315 and ??-316.
