Earlier version was failed in trials. It was under powered and had maintenance issues. So T-129 from Turkey was sought. Now Z-10 ME is much improved than baseline Z-10 based on recommendations of Army. So best of luck for our boys.

Limited resources mean buying the best available but only when absolutely necessary and the minimum quantity required to maintain credible deterrence.
