LOL! The Iranian Embassy went out of their way to tell the Chinese people to keep their money because they didn't want it..and then just days later set up special bank accounts in other countries to accept their donations.

If that isn't an incredibly clear slap in the face intended to leave a mark I don't know what is. You yourself posted it.
