The logo on this aircraft indicates that it is an air and space post office drone of the Nantianmen Project.
Relax, it's just a sci-fi IP. This model airplane is just one part of the whole program.

Damn capital has eroded my favorite things.

I can understand AVIC's need for capital, but they shouldn't have used the “FC-31” IP, which has been officially upgraded to the J35 series and is now part of the PLA family. We can't accept it being eroded by these secondary alien cultures.
AVIC can use its “南天门计划 Nantianmen Project” IP to cater to the capital...

I posted this in the morning, and I've pretty much concluded that there's still an official surprise hidden, but I don't know when they're going to announce it. Hopefully this one won't be a slap in the face.

Since you do not know much about China, let me give you a brief introduction.

There are three logos on this model.
The third logo is the logo of Nantianmen Project, a sci-fi themed IP based on the “ULTRAVIC Universe” by AVIC, which includes a lot of surrealistic sci-fi gear.
The first logo is the logo of China Post.
The second logo is the logo of the virtual post office opened by China Post based on the “ULTRAVIC Universe”.

Interesting ... I get a slightly different translation:
