As purely guess work…I too would put China further down on the list…
…since with J20 and J35…they don’t really need something like Su57…

However if look at history and how China’s aviation industry has gained knowledge through their flankers and Russian assistance…
…u must admit that while Su57 might not be the best of the 5th gen fighter jets…it still undoubtedly offers an opportunity to learn nonetheless. From its engines to its materials and aerodynamics.
So if China bought some…for its research…I don’t think Russia would be opposed to it. For Russia…it’s a freebie…they need the cash…and they never hoped to sell China huge numbers of Su57 to begin with bcuz China has its own J20 and J35. For China…an additional learning opportunity.
