How is it a brilliant law when many people who are even PhD know Horse sh#t about their field in our country. While there are many people who have no formal degree but have much more knowledge. I am saying this based on the fact that a few of my friends work as ghostwriters for writing thesis. And thanks to them a lot of masters and m Phil as well as PhD degree holders are roaming about.

The problem is of the educational institutions in Pak, China doesnt seem to have the same issue they respect their qualifications. You have to create something to be respected.

Back in 2006 i saw with my own eyes, my boss hired a person and gave the person five or six books, the person took extracts from all the books and made a manuscript which was than published with boss's name, the champ later became CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) of few banks ... oh the irony!
