What war doctrine are you talking about for Armenia ?
Countries like Russia , France and India cannot provide Armenia with technologies that would give it an advantage against Turkish and Israeli weapons

also Azerbaijan gets Chinese weapons like JF-17 Fighter Jets and HQ-9BE long Air Defense System

even if Armenia gets RAFALE Jets from France then Azerbaijan can get J-10C from China

Well, since nothing regarding the border is going to be decided without Azerbaijan's consent, I believe that Baku is close to signing a peace deal with Erivan.

Ever since the karabah war, my perspective vis a vis Armenia and Azerbaijan has changed, I constantly side with Armenian narrative and tbh it's more like our Kashmir scenario where the actually succeeded and took what was theirs they committed atrocities there is no justifying that but it was always Armenian.

Yeah but he is trying to downplay actual Armenian racism and hatred towards Azerbaijan. His statements don't carry a lot of weight in Türkiye and Azerbaijan knowing what he said in the past when Armenia had the upper hand. His whole worldview 'changed' over night when Armenia lost the Karabağ War.

To be fair, unlike other Armenian politicians, he was quick to realise that peace with Azerbaijan is crucial for the survival of the Armenian statehood.
