Let me make a suggestion:
Let us recognize this incident, whatever it may be, as part of legitimate PTI's right to political protest as long as it is not disruptive to other people's lives.
If the incident is truly so horrendous as some are claiming, then of course it will motivate enough people to come out in support of PTI and what it wants to achieve.
If this incident is overblown, then it will fizzle out by itself.
We have seen that happen multiple times before. Let PTI make yet another attempt, and we can wait for actual results this time as well.
Why argue with those whose minds are already made up?
Every Pakistani deserves the dignity of basic human rights, but under establishment rule that hope feels out of reach. Ordinary families already struggle to put food on the table, and now with the 28th, 29th, and 30th amendments hanging over them, the fear is that life will only get harder.
The poor will be chained to endless taxes and rising prices, working day and night just to survive, while the elite continue to live comfortably, untouched by the burdens ordinary citizens carry. It’s heartbreaking to see a nation where the people feel enslaved in their own homeland, paying the price for decisions they never made.
