An Indian Tejas fighter jet crashed during an aerial display at the Dubai Air Show

As I keep saying, Tejas went dead, almost a verticle fall, can be seen from in all the videos.

On the first videos it looks like its flying too close to the ground but on this one its on a good height, the deep dive is what led to the crash or else he would have done the manoeuvre.

No you are an idiot. You want to know why American products are shit?

Because American shit comes with dead switches or they are dishonest with a high price tag or they give downgraded technology to their allies. They also do not do transfer of technology.

But the Chinese are much better. They do Transfer of Technology.
I don’t know how he came to the conclusion that the U.S. is leading. The F-16's radar is a generation behind. The F-16's AIM-120D has a range of 160 km, while the PL-15E can achieve a maximum kill at 180 km. Looking at combat records, the F-16's opponents were MiG-21/23/25, J-7, Mirage F-1, and Su-22. The opponents of the J-10C and JF-17 are Rafale, Su-30, and MiG-29, and Pakistan has set the record for the longest air-to-air kill. U.S. weapons have no combat records against opponents of comparable size. When U.S. offensive weapons face smaller countries with technological gaps, the combat record naturally looks good. Pakistan eliminated terrorist leaders in the Afghan capital during counterterrorism operations, proving that U.S. combat achievements have been overestimated.

I'm assuming this was what all Indians were expecting:

Off-topic: Low level inverted run? That is not only stupid but incredibly pointless, I guess he wanted to "touch grass"

From several sources--both Indian, Pakistanis, and even Western ones-- it seems like pilot error above all but not the sole cause: The air craft was just not suitable for such maneuvers due to its hardware issues. One source I saw said the GE Engine was capable but the rest of the aircraft wasn't.
And somehow I think, looking at the fire ball, we will ever know what really happened.

Good. As far as Pakistan is concerned, it is 'Mission Accomplished'. I don't think the remainder of the air show is going to mean much given what just happened. Plus, it is the UAE with a large Indian/Israeli presence and so chances for a sabotage on Pakistan's fighter jets can't be ruled out.
I am seeing that multiple Indian analysts are pointing finger toward America and Pakistan. A retired Major General from India is even insinuating that the Pakistani pilots visited the Tejas demo area in the air show, thus implying a sabotage!
India has always blamed others for its failures and taken nonexistent victories and advantages as facts.

But I think, with this, I see some circumspection in India. Even Arnab Goswami is in a good short video asking Indian establishment to do some soul searching--and they really need that for their and for the region's sake.
It is obvious to me that the 'muscular' policy of Modi since 2014 is failing when it comes to foreign affairs.

Very disturbed and sad to hear and see this unfortunate incident.

Incidents like this, while deeply painful, also remind us of the uncompromising need for continuous refinement in training, design, safety protocols, and risk assessment.

Wing Commander Syal served his nation with courage. The defence community stands united in mourning his loss and in extending heartfelt solidarity to his family.

Before the May War, if something like this happened, India might have invaded Pakistan to divert attention from its own problems. Now India doesn't dare to. I heard that India arrested the staff who took a photo with Pakistan's JF-17???

Indians are blaming the American engine for this crash, they are saying India should stop using American Engine and Make its own. India can not trust America.

Other place some Retd. Air Marshal is saying its sabotage etc.

No one is talking about the poor maintenance and buit quality of Ar Frame and putting jigsaw puzzle of parts acquired from all over the world.

Indian Assembly job failed.

This is not a question of "spitting ". It is murdering, men women and children, lynching people on their way to worship, gang raping of pregnant women and slitting their uterus to remove the fetuses and impaling them on bayonets. I know the description is gruesome but we are dealing with a ruthless cruel savage enemy.. the worst since the Mongols. The only other army in recent times that perpetrated such horrors was the Japanese Imperial Forces against the Chinese and Koreans. Staying neutral and not exhibiting a fake regret is the honorable thing to do. If our own pilots were killed such as in the civilian air crashes the laughter and celebrations including fireworks can be heard right across our Eastern borders.
Your response may be disrespectful to the sacrifices of the people of that era. They faced persecution at par with what you describe. What you describe as graphic pales in comparison to the documented persecution of those people. A lack of capacity to live up to that ideal is understandable, rational even. But to undermine their suffering to justify a predisposition to hate is perhaps not fair.

You mistake moral compliance with neutrality. Yes they would celebrate. They have also talked about violating women if they succeeded. Would you do the same? We should because they would is an argument ill fitting people who follow their own moral code. Otherwise there is a convergence of morality to whoever is worse.

I understand what you are saying about them and you are right about their nature. You are also entitled to celebrate. The victim of aggression should never be shamed at celebrating being handed equalizers from the grand scheme of things. But neither should those who are striving for higher ideals.
