there are always two camps, divided in their openion, based on the approach and trust factor.

One trustes operator more than the machine, and other differently.

Market shares are at play two, with future of the plateform.

Hence the reason, you will see very quick G force affect narrative, blame the dead to save the future business.

Here in this instance we see, Pilot tried to correct his nose angle as soon as he turned, we see nose correction, but after that contineous loss of altitude uptill the last moment there is no forward thrust, but seems pilot tried eveything from the initial nose angle till touch down.

On the other hand, Controllers are always monitoring the Speed, altitude and angle of approach for each and every manouver, if he was getting low and did not notice for whatever reason, controllers must have istructed to correct it, at very initial detection on wrong angle of approach.

A senior experienced, Medically decleared fit Pilot who was doing practiced manouver, who tried to make corrections at the very beginig.

Anyway, just my thoughts, without bringing in the "Indian" factor in it.

I can be wrong, but so far I am sticking to my POV.

The Modi toadie brigade in India doesn't want the US engine on their Tejas plane.

There is a history as you know. We already knew that the Indians want technological self-reliance (indigenization), but the supply chain delays and the limited ToT from the US has really angered the Indians. They believe that they are being ripped off for the amount they are paying. The Indians want the ToT to include core hot-engine technology (single-crystal turbine blades and advanced materials). The Indians want to use this advanced tech for their indigenous engine.

Of course, the Indians are using this shambolic moment to direct their failure on the Americans.

The blame was leveled by Gen Bakhshi sb....and now being carried on all indian media....basically US ...delayed the engine supply .... but how this issue connected to crash ...still not known.

They're blaming everyone except moon sun and stars. I think they're blaming the quality of turbine which is rubbish because 404/414 series is one of the best in its class in the market. However, mismatch of airframe and turbine dimensions if not properly calibrated can wreak havoc on both in the longer run. It's a painstaking but extremely necessary factor and frankly one of the reasons why PAF is reluctant in swithching to Ws13/19 series for Thunder.
 
India should ask friendly nations to place immediate orders of the Vimana Tejas. Unfortunate accidents like these are hazards of the trade.

The targeting of HAL and IAF from Indian quarters is a conspiracy against India itself.
