Reading about what might be the terms of the new "peace" deal, you have to give it to the Americans, they've been able to f'k all sides to maximum benefit. And the way its been set up you can guarantee that a new round of war with Russia invading Ukraine again will probably occur 10 to 15 years down the line and the Americans get to exploit all sides over it again.

And who said that Trump's plan is the final version?

USA might remain untouched but this war has a couple of results and consequences for both sides.

Russia is not only testing its new weapons but also they got rid of Soviet era junks and upgraded their new achievements according to battle experiences.

Russian side has also lost manpower. Point is the country is getting battle hardened against a front composed of multi national terrorists, mercenaries, Ukrainian army and NATO supplyline.

If the war ends the way Russia desires, Europeans will be shitless scared of Russians.

It will cost USA dearly, since American side will surely lose EU's faith and trust. Europe will try to gain full independence from Washington militarily and economically. It is not a good result for the empire.

Ironically, USA has never fought against a regular army for a long time and its forces are not battle hardened. Unlike Russia that fights lonely against a NATO supported stooge.

Russia receives support from China, Iran, India, North Korea and majority of western haters. How you call them?
Putin’s goal of this war is stealing territory of Ukraine.
After Ukraine he will steal next countries.
A thief will never stop until he is stopped by force.
As for Trump’s anerican first, he doesn’t care of millions of Russians and Ukrainans dying. Nato is a military fantasy. Trump has said it multiple times. Time for Europe to wake up.

Why limit ourselves to Donbas now?

Let's include all of eastern Dnipro. Then western Ukraine.

Donbas were never a strategic concern, as I said on day 1. Zelenskyy can give up Donbas, the question is in exchange for what?

Again, if a deal comes in with NATO membership in frame or some sort of US-led security guarantee bill passed by the US Senate, thus making that binding, Zelenskyy will jump into it and sign it first thing, giving up Donbas and end this current war. The strategic concern for Ukraine is NOT about this war, it's about the next one, a ceasefire will not end the war, the war will continue, and Russia may not make the same mistake the next time, which means they will come again, and they might win, and Ukraine may lose everything.

If this is the case, why not just keep on fighting? Again, all they need to do is to hold the line for at most 3 more years for a possibly better outcome; things won't change on the front line in 3 years, Russian mostly won't even get Sloviansk or Kramatosk or both (given it took them 18 months on Pokrovsk and still counting), so why give them territories otherwise they will have to fight for it anyway, either now, or when the Russian come back from the "Ceasefire".

Not yet. The russians have captured the southern part of Prokrowsk. If Putin just spends a fraction of money and time to build Russia then the russians and the world will be better off. Why not copy Dubai?
They made out of nothing, tinny lands a paradise.
