We always have fine officer in 2nd tier, but they always disappear and never surface on top tier. I live with them and talk to them. There are few excellent officers.

Did Imran know cases were coming for him so even if he gracefully accepted the VONC and rejoined the opposition he would have been arrested anyway?

I am certain: No, he would be sitting on the Opposition benches as the Leader of the Opposition with a large number of MNAs sitting besides him. And IF there were going to be cases against him despite that then they would be anyway whether he accepted the VONC or not.
Simple logic tells me what route he should have taken but he chose the route of violating the Const. of Pakistan which, to the best of my knowledge, no PM in a Parliamentary democracy has ever taken.

Agreed, there is no economy left in Pakistan. There is mass famine. The military is fighting India using swords. The Afghan hordes are running all over Pakistan. Everyone in Pakistan lives in some caves. There are no air, train, bus travel in Pakistan. Everything is totally shut down. People peeing and defecated on the streets as sewage system has broken down. No one see the Pakistani leadership. No foreign leader even comes to Pakistan.

Lol.. read you earlier post again.. You were putting 70 years of blame on one guy as if he started destroying Pakistan from 2014 onwards.. Uss se pehlay doodh ki nehrain beh rahi theen..

On serious note ....i literally tired of fuvckin " plot gossip and settling there kids out of Pakistan" in every gathering....

I went to Pakistan a few days back for a couple of days.. the connection was from Muscat..

In the plane from Muscat to KHI, there were 76 deportees.. most of them were bhikaris caught from KSA. I was sitting with one of them, he told me he was not a professional.. it was difficult for him to survive..

This post is for those who think Pakistan's economy is running very well.

I have never put the 70 year rot on Imran. Be honest and tell me where I even implied that? However, I have often said that those in various civilian and military classes of Pakistan are cut from the same cloth--in all walks of life. But especially to be noted that the Generals, too, are cut from the same cloth.

No, the first time, just as we was about to lose power in 2022, he blamed the Americans for his ouster. And then, close to losing power, he started to blame 'the Establishment'. He hasn't raised any 'awareness' which didn't already exist in Pakistan but it is still a useful awareness for the 'useful idiots' to cherish.

Enough blaming women like his Witch Wife or the fugitive journalists sitting in the West. It was already getting old with every good act as PM Imran was attributed to him and everything he couldn't do as PM Imran was because he didn't have the 'authority'. It IS Imran himself attacking the military and he started to attack in early 2022 and continued to do so for well over a year after his ouster from power while he was free--so no blaming his current imprisonment.
The guy simply couldn't digest that the same who propped him to power, removed their support.

That doesn't sound like a guy who couldn't digest loss of power
