But there is well know writter Amir Hussian who said Pakistan has currently 25 to 26 j 10c and 180 beyond jf 17. He is a well reseacrched writter. In short i mean Pak has been very quiet about there inventory since 2023 even nuclear assets, tank inventory, etc are updated since 2023.
If you choose to believe him, then you can continue to believe him. That's your freedom.

Further factual evidence suggests that the PAF currently possesses only 20 J-10CE fighter jets. As for anything beyond that, there is currently no credible evidence.

==========================================================

A short story:

Many years ago, the Varyag aircraft carrier was purchased by a Macau-based entertainment company. Western media widely reported that China would refit the aircraft carrier and deliver it to the PLA Navy. A reporter interviewed PLA Navy Rear Admiral Zhang Zhaozhong about this. He said, "That's false! It's a derelict ship, completely worthless for refitting. It's only going to be converted for entertainment purposes."

Years later, the Liaoning aircraft carrier officially entered service. In officially declassified videos, it was revealed that when the Varyag aircraft carrier arrived in China, the head of the first PLA Navy expert team to board the ship and conduct related work was none other than Rear Admiral Zhang Zhaozhong.

So, was he telling the truth when the reporter interviewed him? Or was he unaware of the true situation?

Information warfare is also a form of warfare. You need to view the statements of informed sources dialectically, and not just take them at face value.

Yes this what i meant. I mean no one knows real inventory as it was easy before 2024 but not now and even if i am not wrong PAF personal was court marshal for leak paf assets and location to his brother i suposse. So this much sensitive they are now and only best guess works for now.

One of the joys of being a military enthusiast: searching for clues in a sea of information.

To date, we have not found any evidence that the PAF possesses more than 20 J-10CE fighter jets. Therefore, we can only tentatively conclude that they currently have only 20, until more new evidence emerges.
I would suggest ignoring this Michael. He is bubbling long paragraphs too much.

He seems enjoy writing nonsense and displeasing people.
Agree.

But there no evidence of pak getting Z 10ME and it was leaked by one of highly reliable X account which than was posted in this forum on August 2025 same as for 24 series of JF 17 jets was only reveled during Azharbhijan Pratice event 2 months back.

Well, there is evidence at least that they have one in service (OPEVAL ??) and we‘ve seen one in white primer quite recently, but yes, I agree there so proof only for 20 J-10CE so far.

In the military enthusiast community, there are two completely different styles, and they often criticize each other.
Style A: They immediately engage in vivid speculation at the slightest hint of something happening. (You'll find many people like this in the India-related topics on this forum.)
Style B: They only accept information as true when concrete evidence emerges. (For example, Deino)
Most military enthusiasts' criteria fall somewhere between "Style A" and "Style B."

Many years ago, three Z-10 helicopters appeared in Pakistan, but Pakistan ultimately did not acquire them.
Now, a Z-10ME has appeared in Pakistan. What will its fate be? That remains unknown.
If we were to be absolutely precise: only when it participates in military activities on a large scale alongside other Pakistani weapon systems can we be completely certain that Pakistan officially possesses it.

This represents a different style of judgment.

The most impressive speech of Zhang Zhaozong is when he said "China does not have a 5G fighter project, the J-20 project is actually a double-engine J-10".

At that time, the naive me really believed him.

Evidence here shows 22

I don't know much about the credibility of these media outlets. Their accuracy cannot be determined.

Scramble.nl is the most reliable site there is for military databases, they have serial numbers and pictures for all the aircraft they list. If you have a more reliable source it would be great to hear.

I think what he said was pretty good; he shared some military knowledge with us. When I was gathering information, I couldn't find that much. The things mentioned by self-media are not very reliable, and official media provides very little information.

You know my English abilities. It's highly unlikely I would have access to that kind of information channel.

In late June of this year, I visited the CAC headquarters, hoping to glean some less sensitive information through casual conversations with friends. However, much to my disappointment, the intense public interest surrounding the "India-Pakistan air battle on May 7th" led to a large crowd gathering at the CAC headquarters. The headquarters was forced to implement strict security measures, and I was unable to enter the inner areas to chat with my friends.
